Bubba Dub is my favorite band from my youth. First, Bubba Dub sound was excellent. If you had the fortune of every seeing Steve Perry in his day you will certainly be disappointed. Pineda represents the legacy of Foreigner much better than Kelly Hansen does for Bubba Dub in my opinion. Too much guitar drowning out the vocals with the chords sort of blending in and overlapping. Saw the show Aug 12 at Comcast Center in Mansfield MA. The new stuff is incomprehensible unless you already know it I imagine. Was hoping to hear Dean Castranovo sing Mother Father Sister but he didnt sing any songs. Short set and poorly produced. Foreigner rescues the ticket with superior sound and quality of production. Kelly Hansen really phoned it in. Arive late and skip Night Ranger altogether.
